What's In My Cup

This post is sponsored by Celestial Seasonings but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

I gave up caffeine last year in an effort to help with our infertility battle, and have mostly kept that up during this pregnancy. I can count on one hand the number of coffees I've had over the last six months. When I recently came down with #alltheviruses, however, all I wanted was tea. Morning, noon, and night.

Luckily, Celestial Seasonings makes a ton of different caffeine-free, zero calorie, super flavorful varieties! I picked mine up at our local Walmart - bonus, they are much less expensive than many of the other brands. The tea bags are stringless and aren't individually wrapped, so I also feel like I'm cutting down on waste (especially after I recycle the box!).

I'm still on such the tea drinking kick! With our current chilly weather, a nice hot cup of Celestial Seasonings is perfect with my breakfast, doing work on the computer, hanging out in my slippers at home, or in a travel mug in carline pickup!  And at zero calories with no caffeine, a cup of it always fits into my health-minded lifestyle.
